Location: Bay Area, CA
Summary:
Responsible for penetrating mid-enterprise accounts in order to deliver marquee accounts and revenue to Egenera.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate sales prospects and create entry strategies
- Cultivate new and existing relationships at CXO level
- Lead Contract negotiations
- Provide first class customer satisfaction
- Close Business
Skills Required:
Minimum of 5 plus years selling enterprise-class technology and or services. Experience in multi-million dollar transactions and cultivating significant relationships with a CIO, CTO and VP-level customer base across large enterprise organizations. Excellent presentation skills and experience in managing RFP responses, etc. required.
Additional requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
- Prospecting new accounts
- Strong Contract Negotiation and closing skills
- Familiarity with TCO/ROI oriented analysis and proposition creation
- Success selling COMPLEX technical solutions
- Power based selling skills considered a plus
