Egenera Announces Siebel Validation

Egenera Successfully Integrates Egenera BladeFrame System with Siebel Customer-Facing Solutions

Marlboro, Mass.—September 20, 2005—Egenera Inc., a global leader in utility computing, today announced that the integration between its Egenera® BladeFrame® system running Microsoft® Windows® Server 2003 and Siebel business applications version 7.7 has been successfully validated by Siebel Systems Inc. With this validation, customers of Siebel Systems and Egenera can now streamline management of the application stack from CRM to database, while lowering costs and improving agility.
