Egenera Announces Alliance with
NTT Data Intellilink Corporation
— New alliance to power development of next generation data centersleveraging data center virtualization —
TOKYO, Japan – June 19, 2007 – Egenera K.K. today announced an alliance with NTT Data Intellilink Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of NTT Data Corporation and leading provider of technical consulting and systems integration services. The new relationship is focused on the joint development of next generation data centers using Egenera’s data center virtualization technologies. Under the terms of the agreement, NTT Data Intellilink will utilize the full spectrum of Egenera® products in its systems integration business, serving a broad customer base throughout Japan.
