Senior Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Marlborough, MA
Summary:
This individual will provide Manufacturing Engineering support to Enterprise class Server Product solutions in an outsourced Manufacturing environment. Key responsibilities include driving process optimization, quality and efficiency Goals.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Contract Manufacturing Partner and Hardware Design to Improve Manufacturing Processes, optimize cycle times and Improve Quality.
- Production test data Mining and Analysis, driving yield and Quality Improvement.
- New Products Manufacturing Program management.
- Responsible for Driving on-going reliability testing , Root Cause Failure Analysis and Tracking Corrective Actions to closure
- Strong Focus on Process Quality performance and Continuous Improvement within Contract Manufacturing base.
- Analysis of Field Performance; driving test process improvements, leading to positive customer satisfaction
Education/ Experience:
- Pro-active self starter, capable of dealing with multiple issues in a fast paced environment
- Strong Knowledge in Manufacturing and Test of complex Systems
- 10+ years experience in high end computing, networking or storage manufacturing and Test
- Engineering Degree BSEE / BSME
- Quality/ Reliability Engineering Experience a plus
- Strong Organizational skills with the ability to multitask with changing priorities
- Up to 25% travel Required
